  • To view and print a copy of your receipt, log in Your Account, then select the order for which you need a receipt. Click on the 'View Receipt' button in your order detail page.

  • How do I find my product?
  • The easiest and fastest way to find something in any of our stores is to use the Search located at the top left side of each page. Search throughout the entire site.

    Our site is also a great place to browse. Click on any of the in-store categories listed on the left side of each store's home page. Visit our many specialty and manufacturer stores or explore our great buys and bestseller lists.

  • How do I navigate the site?
  • We've built our website with one thing in mind - enabling you and all our customers to buy products better. Within our internet superstore, you'll find many specialty stores you can shop from using the same easy checkout process. Visit any store from anywhere on our site by clicking on one of the store tabs at the top of the screen.

    Once you're in a store, click on the categories along the left side to explore our deep selection of products. Use the links in the upper right corner to get to important places like support and checkout from anywhere on our site. Need help finding a particular product? Read our search tips.

  • You can create an account by clicking the link Create an account.
  • How do I edit my account information?
  • Edit your account on our website is easy, you can add/edit your account info including billing & shipping address in Your Account.
  • I forgot my password.
  • For your security, we will not email your password until you have correctly answered your hint question. If you can't remember your hint answer or password you can click the button reset to reset your password. A new password will be send into your email box when you select this option.

  • Payment Methods We Accept
  • We accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Visa Check Cards, and money orders, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. We do not currently accept personal and business check, direct wire transfers, Smart Cards, or Flooz.
  • When will my credit card be charged?
  • Since we don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way, we will not bill you until your products, including backordered or preordered items, are actually shipped.
  • Do I have to pay sales tax?
  • We charges sales tax for orders shipped to California. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs.
